Hello!
My name is Isaiah Williams. I'm a videographer, director, and graphic designer born and raised from Indianapolis, Indiana.
My Story
Growing up, I was always active, playing basketball, flag football, soccer, golf, cross country, and wrestling. But beyond sports, my real passion was storytelling through media. I was obsessed with YouTube, TV shows, movies, and music, and that obsession quickly turned into creation.
In fifth grade, I started uploading Beyblade videos to YouTube. That sparked my interest in content creation, and by middle school, I had launched both a gaming and comedy channel with my best friend Jeremiah. Through these early projects, I gained hands-on experience in video editing, audio mixing, storytelling, and even thumbnail design using PowerPoint before I knew what Photoshop was.

I joined the Indiana Black Expo Media Program, where I learned camera operations, video editing, and interview techniques. In high school, I took video production courses at the J. Everett Light Career Center while attending North Central High School, creating skits, horror trailers, stop-motion videos, music videos, and more.

After graduating, I attended Ball State University where I majored in Media with a concentration in Video and Film Production and minored in Screenwriting. I also developed a strong interest in graphic design, taking additional courses to build out my creative skill set. Some of the key courses I completed include: Film and Media Production Courses: Applied Media Production, Visual Aesthetics, Cinema Audio, Storytelling Techniques, Video Production Techniques. Graphic Design and Creative Arts Courses: Graphics: Computer Applications, Introduction to Media Design, Introduction to Art, Digital Storytelling.
During college, I founded my media brand, Zay’z Vizion. I produced content for Greek organizations within the National Pan-Hellenic Council, shot music videos, created ads for clothing brands, and filmed performances for Outlet Hip Hop Dance Troupe. Zay’z Vizion quickly became a recognized name on campus, opening the door to creative collaborations and professional growth.

Leadership was also a major part of my college journey. I served as President, Secretary, and Social Media Coordinator of the Lambda Beta Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., where I helped plan campus events and lead philanthropic initiatives. I was also the Social Media Coordinator for both the National Pan-Hellenic Council and the Black Student Association, where I managed social media accounts, created event flyers, and kept the campus community informed and engaged.

Currently, I’m back in my hometown of Indianapolis, running In The Divizion, a music media platform I launched in March 2025. The goal is to spotlight underground hip-hop talent through interviews, performance videos, rap news coverage, and more.
I’m passionate about building platforms, telling stories, and connecting people through meaningful content. I’m always looking for new ways to grow creatively and professionally.
